Two Hour sail
This is a great way to see the best of the River Derwent under sail on an historic sailing ship.
Sails are set as we depart Kings Pier Marina and turn towards the Tasman Bridge.
You’ll see Hobart highlights from the water: Battery Point, the Sydney to Hobart Yacht race finish line, Government House, and spot some of the local wildlife if they are out and about.
Guests are welcome to help with the sails, take the helm, or just sit back and watch our all volunteer crew do the work.
Morning or afternoon tea is served …
three hour lunch sail
This commences the same as the two hour sail but continues further upstream as we head towards Bedlam Walls Caves and Shag Bay.
Lunch is served on deck and accompanied by complimentary tea, coffee, juice and a wine or cider for those who would like a sample.
Twilight Sail
Departing at 6pm, this is a great way to finish the day before dinner or a catch up with friends.
As with all our tours, refreshments are included.
We’ll sail under the Tasman Bridge and on local club race days you might be lucky enough to see the boats as they finish their events.

Map is indicative and the actual sail will depend on the wind. Red is the two hour sail; blue the three hour lunch sail. The 90 minute twilight sail isn't shown; it tends to follow the pattern of the two hour sail but may not always include the Tasman Bridge.
